Elder Braden my comp is supposed to go to England but he needs to get his fingerprints done. So we had to go all the way to Phoenix to do that. We had a dope senior missionary couple drive us up there and after it was all done they took us sight seeing for a bit. Got to see the stadiums and drive thru downtown. We also got to see the Mesa Temple. They were super cool and took us out to lunch. In order to get to Phoenix we have to go through two other missions. So sick. Not many missionaries can say they had to travel thru a couple missions while serving. Saturday was to be insane. We had scheduled 4 non member lessons for that day during the week but then 3 of them cancelled, and the one that we did meet talked for two hours straight and she's not interested. Although she said maybe her kids would be interested in learning so maybe we will teach them. My companion is really trying to talk to everyone so we were biking and he stopped and said we are talking to this guy in his garage. So he goes up and asks for water and this old guy waved him off and said no. Then there was this other guy that offered him beer. Obviously we said no. But then the guy said "beer, or go." That was so funny, my companion slowly turned around and started laughing. I also talked the office for a little bit and turns out that there are two other missionaries going to South Africa at the end of June. She said that as soon as I get my visa I will probably leave with them. Super excited for that. Happy Mothers day as well especially to my Mom.
