John finally got to purchase a solid slab of live edge wood
to build us a new dining room table. We’ve
been looking for several months and finally found this place and fell in love
with the Monkey Pod Wood they carried.
Monkey Pod is from Costa Rica and the slab John chose is about 9 ft by 4
ft and extremely heavy. It’s in the
garage right now so he can work on it, but when he’s done I’m not sure how
exactly we will get it into the house.
We might have to recruit some of Isaiah’s football buddies. Cross our fingers we can have it ready for
Thanksgiving!
