Sophia's Baptism!

We are so excited  that Sophia choose to be baptized!  And it was so fun to have her baptism on New Years Eve!  The day was even more special when Grandma and Grandpa Leuck SURPRISED everyone and casually walked in 10-minutes before the program started.  Sophia says that they were very sneaky!  The program was beautiful and Aunt Lisa and Grandma Jensen gave wonderful talks about what it means to be baptized and receive the Holy Ghost.  

After the baptism we enjoyed visiting with family, eating good food and playing games at the church.  We also did a gift exchange and all walked to Target (in the snow) and picked out $5 gifts for each other.  That was a lot of fun!  It was snowing most of the day while we were playing in the church and later that evening we headed back to our place to ring in the New Year and watch the big UW football game!  

We are so blessed to have such a wonderful family!

A very special thanks to my mom for turning my wedding dress into Sophia's beautiful baptism dress!  It looked amazing!
