Fun at the River!

It is a beautiful day today (about 85 degrees) so we decided to get the poles and go down to the river.  What a fantastic time we had.  Even though we didn't catch anything we sure had fun in the sun and enjoyed the cold refreshing river!  Plus, having cousin Trent with us made the river even more fun!!

We were racing to see who could go to the other side of the river and back in the shortest amount of time.  Well, who would of guessed that Connor would slip and fall in the cold water!! 

Trent, on an impulse, dived into the water and in the process, lost his shoes.  As they were quickly floating down river, we were all surprised when Connor rescued BOTH shoes.  Trent got very lucky!
