Connor Lost a Tooth (literally)!

Today Connor lost his first top tooth.  It was so loose that we decided to do something really fun and tie it up to something to pull it out!  We tried a remote control car, but it wasn’t charged enough.  Then we tried Isaiah’s remote control helicopter, but that wasn’t working right.  So after a long time of charging batteries, playing with remotes and plugs we gave up…. until Koda came to see what we were doing.

Then we thought… why don’t we tie the string up to Koda, and then tell him to go get a treat.  So that’s what we did.  Isaiah was in the kitchen with the dog treat, Connor was in the living room with a string around his tooth, and John was tying the other end of the string to Koda’s collar.

On the count of three Isaiah yelled “Get it!”  Koda ran like crazy and Connor freaked out and started running with him, but it was too late!  The tooth came flying out!  We were all really excited when we saw the tooth fall to the floor, but then something happened.  After Koda was done eating his dog treat, he turned his attention to the small white object that was on the floor.  Yep…. Koda ate Connor’s tooth.

Not sure what the Tooth Fairy is going to do about this scenario.   I don’t think the she wants to collect that particular tooth even if we do find it in a few days.
