Tonight, for fun, John and I decided to have a slider contest to see who could make the best hamburger. Thankfully the boys were willing participants to be judges. So John and I cooked up a storm and presented our best sliders. John made a "Juicy Lucy" with pepper jack cheese stuffed into the meat and animal style onions. I made a Queso burger with sauteed onions & poblano peppers and a pepper jack nacho cheese sauce with blue corn tortilla chips.
It was a close race but John beat me 22 points to 20. This was so much fun to do and I can see us doing it again sometime!
