We spent our family night carving pumpkins and eating caramel apples. YUM!! It was fun to watch the kids scoop the seeds and guts from the pumpkin and hear all their funny comments.
Speaking of funny comments, Connor at dinner tonight said the funniest thing. John was complaining about his foot bothering him and Connor said "it's because your getting old Dad! You're going to be a Grandpa soon!"
Of course Connor didn't realize just how funny his comment really was, but it was even better when John turned to my mother (who is visiting) and called her "Great Grandma!".
